We are delighted to hold the first-ever SV.LEAGUE official matches outside Japan to Thailand, a country with one of the strongest volleyball cultures in the world, for both the WOMEN and MEN competitions. At last year’s preseason matches in Thailand, we were deeply impressed by the passion of Thai volleyball fans and the strong interest in Japanese volleyball. We also come to recognize tremendous potential of volleyball as a sports entertainment that Japan can share with audiences around the world.
Hosting these official matches in Thailand marks an important step in expanding SV.League presence beyond Japan and building a strong footprint across Asia. Together with the participating clubs, we look forward to delivering the intensity of SV.LEAGUE matches and a unique in-arena experiences, giving fans in Thailand an opportunity to discover even more of the excitement and appeal of volleyball.

SAGA Hisamitsu Springs
A women's volleyball club based in Tosu City, Saga Prefecture, Japan. In the 2025-26 season, SAGA HISAMITSU Springs finished second in the 2025-26 regular season with a record of 36 wins and 8 losses, and went on to defeat Osaka Marvelous in the Championship Final to become SV.League champions for the first time.
The team boasts high quality on both offense and defense. Outside hitter Ayaka Araki led the team’s attack, recording a league-leading 52.8% attack success rate and earning the title of top attacker. On defense libero Minami Nishimura recorded a 55.6% successful reception rate to rank as the league’s top serve receiver. Thailand native Hattaya Bamrungsuk also plays a key role for the team as a middle blocker.

ALEEZA AICHI
A women's volleyball club based in Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. The team finished sixth in the 2025-26 regular season with a record of 26 wins and 18 losses. For the 2026-27 season, the club changed its name from QUEENSEIS Kariya to ALEEZA Aichi, With Ayano Sato appointed as captain. Outside hitter Hinata Shigihara is a member of Japan national team, while Thai volleyball legend Nootsara Tomkom, a setter, also plays a key role.
